Welcome to Coastal Cradle & Co. By accessing our website, booking rentals, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Coastal Cradle & Co provides baby equipment rentals, cleaning services, and related family support offerings in Northeast Florida. All rentals and services are subject to availability.
2. Reservations & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment are listed at checkout.
All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
3. Rental Equipment
Equipment must be returned in reasonable condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
Customers are responsible for supervising children while using rental equipment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture of payment.
5. Text Message Communications
By opting in and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Coastal Cradle & Co about booking confirmations, delivery updates, and service information. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP.”
6. Limitation of Liability
Coastal Cradle & Co is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the use of rental equipment or services. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times.
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
